Commuted on my bike on the shortest day of the year

Got a little rained on on the way home, but it wasn't bad and totally worth it.

It is amazing how I can nearly always buckle my seatbelt rapidly without looking down and have the latch plate slip right into the latch without any fumbling at all. I guess if you do something enough, you get very precise at it. Makes you appreciate all the work that musicians, artists, surgeons, etc. have to put into their crafts to do them well.

Cold after Christmas!

According to the image below, the week after Christmas has a very good chance of having temperatures equivalent to the coldest 20% of temperatures recorded for this time of year over Michigan. Big changes coming.

Why does such good work out music have such bad words?

Great pumping iron playlist on Spotify that I used for my workout yesterday, but I tried not to listen to the words too much. I've always listened to songs for the music first, and often couldn't tell you what the song is about. that can obviously be a problem if the language or message is bad and I am listening to it in front of my kids. I wouldn't be surprised if there is also a subliminal effect even though I am not actively listening to the words.

Let me know if you have good heavy workout music that I can listen to that is clean as well.
