Took a day off from work and ended up helping my energizer bunny in-laws with the backyard fence. My job was to dig up roots and stumps. It is fun to do that kind of stuff and to see tangible results. When I worked for a landscape company prior to getting into the NWS, my favorite job was shoveling snow because I never had to worry about overheating, it was a good workout, and the results were obvious. However, I'm thankful not to be employed in a physical labor career - not because it's "beneath me", but because the only way I can keep my racing mind from driving me crazy is to hyper-focus on more mentally challenging stuff (ah, ADHD). And of course, physical labor takes a toll on the body after a while.
